Typically the moms that I’m working with are either in that stuck-stage where you’re dialed in on what your want to be doing and what the business is, there’s just been a plateau or some roadblocks that are keeping you from getting the results you want and you haven’t been able to get through them.

The otherside that’s really an ideal fit for this is that person that’s really in touch with that passion and drive to do and be more, to have an impact, to make money doing what they absolutely love, and their in touch with that entrepreneurial spirit and they see it, they’ve got some really solid ideas but aren’t sure exactly which one to go for. That’s why, no matter what, the first part of this program is geared towards purpose and strategy. That way, whether you know what you’re doing or not we can strategize if there’s a different way you should be approaching it.

Or, if you’re just wanting something to do with all that passion and fire, that you’ve been trying to duck tape together, we’re going to strategize about your direction. If you’re in that bucket, the number one thing I need from you is that, in those strategy meetings, we’re going to come to a commitment and on one idea and use the rest of the program to implement that idea going all-in. So, my guess is, if you’re in that category, you’re maybe the mom who wants that accountability because you have that opportunity, “I love this idea, I love this idea.” We’re going to be looking at each of you and really determining where you need the most support and build your plan based on that

This is going to depend 100% on you. Are you committed to doing what it takes to make your money back? You’re going to have all the support, process, community, tools to lift you up and support you in hitting your financial goals in your business, but it’s up to you to show up and do the work.

The women who show up and do the work, get results. There are hard and soft skills and results that you’re going to get as a result of moving through the program. SO a very tangible, practical result that you’re going to get is a paycheck from a client, that you “closed” after gaining the clarity and confidence in what you’re offering and honing your messaging so that you’re speaking to the right people and able to close them because they’re bought in. So you walked away with money in your pocket, yes.

But I also want you to understand that it took all of the clarity, confidence, self-belief, the mindset mastery, those soft skills and outcomes we’ve built up alongside the hard skills and outcomes  you gained in the strategy phase to reach those results. And those are the skills that are going to continue to serve you through the lifecycle of your business and in your life beyond that. So as the CEO of your business, I want to be looking at what those other outcomes are that are going to serve you, your clients, the world beyond those dollars and cents. Yes, cash money! But let’s zoom out, think of the bigger picture, build something really solid and sustainable.

Hard truth, most people don’t have a budget set aside for coaching - I sure didn’t! But investing in yourself and your business to learn from people who have been where you want to go IS going to save you a TON of time, energy and money in the long run, AND could save you from throwing in the towel on your business you feel passionate about because you feel frustrated and defeated not seeing the results you’re capable of. You’ll also receive 3-1-on-1 coaching calls with me, one each month, so that you continue to be really supported in a way that’s really relevant to you and your business, these are on tip of your weekly group calls.

Additionally, as you continue to grow and take action as you work through the methodology, there are going to questions that you have, so the way that I approach it is that i set up dedicated office hours where you’re able to submit homework, any questions, and I’ll review and offer feedback during that time. So that you have it before our next call. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions specific to your business and the group content at the group calls each week. So you’ll post your work within the community for review if you want it, and not only will you have my eyes on it, but the real power of a mastermind is the wealth of knowledge you can bring to each other. So you’ll have your mastermind mamas eyes on your work and questions too !

I’ll give you an example. One of my clients has a physical product that she sells online and within her community. When we started working together her business was an idea, I supported her in overcoming the mindset obstacles she was facing, gaining the courage to even launch her business and believe that this was something possible for her. We focused a lot on getting her systems and processes organized, creating that space in her life for her business...before she was running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off with a toddler. We focused on cultivating new habits for success that supported the vision she had, building an online community of ideal clients who want to buy from her, setting up automations and workflows and so on. By the end of the program she literally couldn’t keep up with orders. So what I’m saying is that it depends on the product you want to sell as well as the type of support you’re looking for. If you're looking for detailed advice on manufacturing, sourcing, online selling platforms, probably not the best fit.
